Part one

Dashboard guide

Use the dashboard for visual configuration and reports; use Discord commands for live match actions.

  1. 01

    Sign in and choose a server

    Log in with Discord, open Servers, then select a server where you have Administrator permission. Add the bot first if the server card says it is missing.

  2. 02

    Complete the base setup

    Open Bot Settings and connect the roles and channels the bot needs. Then open Staff Config to map tournament staff roles and channels.

  3. 03

    Create the tournament

    Under Manage Tours, add the Challonge ID and key, Google Sheet, tournament roles, operational channels, ticket categories, and auto-room preference.

  4. 04

    Operate and review

    Use Teams, Attendance, Staff Work, Schedules, Recurring, and Embed during the event. Check History afterward for command and dashboard activity.

Attendance

Attendance, links, and work tracking for matches.
